निर्माण से पहले, घर का अनुभव।
उद्देश्य: दिए गए दो-मंजिला फ्लोर प्लान को पूरे घर के interactive 3D और VR अनुभव में बदलना। Laptop और mobile पर कमरे, circulation, furniture और finish समझ आएँ; Quest पर उसी घर को वास्तविक scale पर देखा जा सके। उपयोगकर्ता ने वीडियो से ज्यादा modern elevation चुना है।
स्थिति: स्रोत पढ़ लिए गए हैं और पहला interactive concept तैयार है। यह final photorealistic design या construction approval नहीं है। अंतिम architectural alignment और physical headset acceptance अभी बाकी हैं।

ऊपर लिखे माप PDF के room labels हैं। 3D में दीवारें overall scale पर drawing से trace की गई हैं। Print/vector trace और साफ dimensions में अंतर हो सकता है; detailed CAD coordination में हर clear room dimension फिर मिलाना होगा।

4. दर्ज assumptions और खुले फैसले
- ऊँचाई: 3.25 m floor-to-floor, लगभग 3.04 m wall height, 0.16–0.18 m concept slabs। Section/elevation dimensions मिलने पर बदलेंगे।
- दीवारें: मॉडल की nominal partition thickness 0.10 m है। इसे structural/external wall specification न समझें।
- Stairs: PDF zone में schematic U-turn stair, 18 concept risers। Final riser/tread count, landing, railing और headroom section के बाद lock होंगे। मंजिल बदलना safe teleport से है।
- Openings: 2.2 m conceptual door head, अधिकांश windows 1.05–2.45 m। Front first-floor toilet में high frosted-style opening रखा है। Door leaves और swing animation अभी नहीं।
- फर्नीचर: All furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, appliances, sanitary fittings और planting design suggestions हैं। परिवार की जरूरतें और budget अभी उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।
- Site: Exact location, road width, adjoining buildings, ground slope, service connections और setbacks नहीं मिले। सामने का neutral street/landscape केवल presentation context है। PDF compass का उत्तर page-right दिखता है; geographic sun simulation सत्यापित नहीं।
- Roof: Flat modern roof/overhang concept है; final terrace access, tanks और services अभी define नहीं।
- VR acceptance: Device support, frame rate, input mapping और comfort केवल असली headset में देखकर final होंगे। Browser screenshot या emulator को physical headset प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
5. अंतिम VR walkthrough का route
Front elevation → Porch → Kitchen → Dining और stair zone → Drawing hall → Ground toilet / wash → First-floor lobby → Rear bedroom → Dress / attached toilet → Front bedroom → Puja → Front toilet → Balcony → वापस façade। हर कमरे पर room name और original label dimension दिखेगा। Guided tour में 14 viewpoints हैं; manual navigation कभी भी उपलब्ध है।
6. इस्तेमाल और handover
Laptop: link खोलें, exterior घुमाएँ, cutaway से plan देखें, या अंदर चलें। Mobile: drag/pinch और on-screen arrows। Quest: private HTTPS viewer को उसी owner account के authenticated browser में खोलना होगा; owner-private link friend के लिए स्वतः shared नहीं है। Sharing scope बदलना अलग user decision है।
Local package में START_PREVIEW.cmd खोलें। यह Python का local server चलाएगा और browser खोलेगा। Double-click करके index.html खोलने पर browser module restrictions हो सकती हैं। HTTP localhost laptop preview के लिए है; दूसरे device पर immersive WebXR के लिए HTTPS चाहिए।
यह visualization घर को समझने और design review के लिए है। Final construction के लिए architect के coordinated dimensioned drawings, structural design और site verification अलग आवश्यक inputs हैं। इस phase में cost estimate या sanctioned construction drawings तैयार नहीं किए गए हैं।
